I got 2 flats and was around the corner from Pichón Tires. He identified the issue and patched both tires at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. Great service at a fair price.

Common questions and tips from our work with Chicago customers.
- Do I need a tow if my truck tire is flat?
- Usually not. A flat or damaged tire on a semi or trailer can often be repaired or replaced right where the truck is parked, on a highway shoulder, at a truck stop or in your yard. Road service saves you the cost and lost time of a tow. Call (773) 444-7333, tell us what happened, and we will tell you what makes sense.
- What information should I give when I call for road service?
- Give your exact location: the highway and direction, plus the nearest exit or mile marker, or the address of the truck stop or yard. Then tell us the tire size printed on the sidewall, which position is damaged (steer, drive or trailer), and whether the tire is flat, cut or blown. That lets us bring the right tire to you.
- Are you really open at night and on weekends?
- Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights and Sunday mornings. Tires do not fail at a convenient time, so call (773) 444-7333 whenever you need help and tell us where you are. We will give you an honest idea of when we can be there.
Tip
Stay safe while you wait for help
Stay well away from traffic while you wait. If you are on the shoulder, keep your hazards on, set your triangles behind the truck, and wait off the road if you can do it safely. Keep your phone charged and your location ready so you can guide us in when we get close.
