I got 2 flats and was around the corner from Pichón Tires. He identified the issue and patched both tires at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. Great service at a fair price.

Common questions and tips from our work with Chicago customers.
- Should I buy new or used tires?
- It depends on how you use the tire. A used tire with good tread and no damage or poor repairs can be a sensible way to get back on the road for less. A new tire gives you full tread depth and the longest service life. Tell us how you run the truck and we will help you weigh it.
- How do I find my tire size?
- The size is molded into the sidewall. On a truck tire it looks something like 295/75R22.5 or 11R22.5. The first numbers describe the width, the R means radial construction, and the last number is the wheel diameter in inches. Have it ready when you call so we can check what we have in your size.
Tip
What to look for in a used tire
A good used tire has even tread wear, no cuts or bulges in the sidewall, no exposed cords, and no signs of a poor repair. Check the date code on the sidewall too, because rubber ages even when there is tread left. Ask us about the condition of any used tire before it goes on.
